Yeah, but the freelanchers I got suggested by codeable.io had a fee of over 1000 dollar. I'm just a student and it's for a small recreative project I'm working on as an interest and a challenge. So I'm trying to do it with just the help of the internet. Source: over 2 years ago
That said, one resource I've found to be very helpful is codeable. They vet the developers for you. It's worked great for the type of business I run, where I need people for certain parts of projects, but I'm not a big enough company to actually hire full-time roles. Anyway now go to coursera.org and for $49 a month get the Google IT Support Professional cert. That gives you a discount for the A+ exam. With a sob story Coursera may reduce the monthly fee as well. Anyway you are halfway to an IT degree and can be admitted to WGU. Source: 6 months ago

One of the hard parts of learning a language like python on your own is knowing what you should learn and the order you should learn it in--resources like these books or online courses you can find on Coursera are great for helping with that.
