I would be tempted to say yes. It's important to keep in mind that most tech companies out there don't have a giant budget and 1000 employees so they often can't afford a red team. This in turn creates a big demand for external contractors such as Cobalt. The thing that throws me off is that there's no direct link to the task like the usual uTest mails; and in info regarding this mail it's signed by *m.utest.com* (the usual mails sent by community managers or of similar posts are signed as utest.com as far as I have noticed).
