    If it's IoT data, I would first send it to a Cloud MQTT Broker (cloudmqtt.com or hivemq.com). These brokers handle the spotty unstable connectivity between themselves and MQTT/IoT devices or clients. Other systems will not handle this instability in connectivity very well.
