I noticed that Zoho, just like many other CRM solutions tend to focus on sales alone, and doesn't fit a subscription model very well. So once you have a bunch of deals in the pipeline, you'll want to close them as 'won'; However, if you have customers on subscriptions with expiration dates, renewals, etc. One way to manage that is to pair zoho or hubspot with an application that supports existing customers,...
