US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue. Using something like this would be a great way to get your IP address blacklisted by Google, with their dreaded “Unusual traffic from your computer network” error.
