My utility bills show up on my credit report (energy on www.creditkarma.co.uk, telephone and water on clearscore.com) - worth checking you're the bill payer for those. Clearscore.com is a free credit report site, you can sign up with them and they will give you offers based on your credit rating, otherwise you can have a look on gocompare/comparethemarket etc, theyll have a credit comparision section where you can look for 0% on new purchases cards. I don't think the wallethub.com list is the source I would rest my entire case on, but I already conceded that Springdale is almost as diverse as Little Rock. I wouldn't lean too heavily on "there are multiple types of diversity, and also different kinds of white people" argument either if I were you. His home, that certainly could be a pretty big difference, again depending on a lot of factors. The median home price in NYC is $733k per Zillow, and $161k in STL, so that is a big difference.
