  Snowball is in a league of it's own. I've tried nearly every referral app (smile, reversion, and all the rest) and they all had mediocre results. Somehow the way snowball captures customers' attention after the sale and gets them to recommend our brand really has resulted in a ton of sales coming in that we know are referrals.
