I worked with circlemedical.com to get my diagnosis and prescription. Some pharmacies won't accept prescriptions from telemedicine providers, but the alternative as a D.C. Resident was to go to a provider that required 2 three-hour evaluation sessions that didn't accept insurance and was booked out for several weeks. When out of Europe, one has just to buy an international insurance, most of them cover worldwide, others cover macroregions.
