For those seeking jobs that are more flexible and specifically for those with disabilities and thus hopefully more accommodating check out Chronically Capable I scouted it out when I was jobless after a huge depression episode and it seems like it could be useful for those with adhd and/or other disorders. There’s a job site for people with disabilities called chronically capable they have jobs that are home based, flexible, usually provide healthcare and so on. There's websites like www.wearecapable.org and www.galtfoundation.org that can help people find accomodating jobs. Government jobs in particular have a job section dedicated to people with disabilities too. Off the top of my head, there's medical coding, voice transcription for the deaf/blind, data entry, freelancing, etc. Contacting your local vocational rehab center is also another good starting point. Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...
