I use ipvanish on steamdeck for pirating movies and shows. I also use google https://remotedesktop.google.com/ to control my work computer without having to to go through windows l2tp vpn or cisco anyconnect. I help my mom all the time. She just bring up https://remotedesktop.google.com/ and then select the option to get help to generate a code. You just need to use chrome browser on another machine and enter the code. You should get a pop up asking for permission. Once approved you should be able to remotely control the Chromebook. I'm a big fan of Flare, and it was a sleeper hit for me because I didn't grow up with games like Diablo. It's open-source, and while it has a pretty short campaign in the vanilla version, it has a lot of fan-made campaigns and mods. Therefore, if a game has to use an off-the-shelf engine, at least make it an open-source engine like FLARE or O3DE. If you're picking libraries, use something permissively licensed, so you don't have to try to negotiate a commercial license to combine something with a copyleft, like recently happened to the remaster of the old Blade Runner point-and-click adventure game.
