I'll not start marketing for hosting though. Rather a strategy is to setup and maintain open source apps - such as https://chatwoot.com - and offer, in this case, a chat for webshops and websites for €29 a month. The idea here is to get a foot in the door of the customer, and up sell them not only more open source services but offer them hosting at a point where trust has been established :). I agree with others in this thread that app-based is probably the way to go - especially if you're just building for one person. Just be sure she enables push notifications with the same settings as SMS. Others have mentioned Frontline (FYI: this product is end-of-sale), Crisp, and SpokePhone.
