Animal Charity Evaluators evaluates charities that are helping animals and recommends ones they think will help the most animals for each additional dollar donated. They did an AMA on /r/vegan a while back. If you just want to help as many animals as possible (which is fantastic) then it's easy to just donate to the one they recommend. Source: about 1 year ago
