I work for a SAAS recurring billing platform, chargeover.com from my experience you do not need to send them an invoice. If they agree to terms when they signup you could just run a payment against their card on file and send them a payment receipt. It's a pretty slick deal, and there are loads of other options you could enable as well. But to your question it's more common than you think not to send invoices... Source: about 3 years ago
I never heard of them before, and the emails look like they are truly tied to 'expensify.com' but there is no 'unsubscribe' or anything similar. I am thinking maybe a scammer is trying to get me to sign in and put in some form of credit card details? Source: over 1 year ago
