   Another extremely good experience with Cloudamo for my Nextcloud

   I can't speak highly enough about Cloudamo's hosting services. We've been using their VPS Cloud plan, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations in terms of performance, uptime, and customer support for my Nextcloud.

   I must especially highlight the professional and responsive nature of their customer service team. Even during a crisis situation when our site got hacked due to some plugin vulnerabilities, Cloudamo's team was incredibly supportive. They worked hand-in-hand with our development team, providing valuable insights and direct assistance that enabled us to resolve the issue and get our site back up and running in record time. This level of support during a stressful event is something I've rarely seen in this industry, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

   Special mention must go to Kyle, one of their extraordinary support staff members. Most recently, we needed some configurations set up for our Nextcloud email services. Kyle took it upon himself to handle the entire process without any hesitation. His approach was not just to solve the problem but to provide a lasting solution. This proactive attitude has been symbolic of our entire experience with Cloudamo.

  I'm using a Dream Machine Pro without issue. I got the PPPoE creds from the installer and the username includes the centurylink.com. I would not be shocked if tier 1 is confused. Source: about 1 year ago

  Oh sheeit. All you need to do is enter different addresses on centurylink.com. SE Corvallis: "up to" 1.5 Mbps, $50/mo. NW Corvallis: "up to" 60 Mbps, same price. WTF?! Source: over 1 year ago

• Quantum Fiber (CenturyLink) coming to more areas!

  Me too. I go online to quantum.com, enter my address, and it's available. But if I go to centurylink.com it does say it's available at my address. Must be different companies. Source: over 1 year ago

• Systems Suck

  ...all of this is after 20 minutes logging in to centurylink.com on/in Chrome and Edge on a PC to allegedly use a cancel button that just gives me a phone number (and a middle finger)...the phone number I called and had 36 minutes of my life pissed away. Source: almost 2 years ago
