Jojos bizarre adventure is an awesome fighting game! Also of course you have to get marvel vs capcom 2, again another fantastic fighting game. Plasma sword, again another cool fighting game (there are a lot of fun fighting games on DC) and a personal favorite of mine is a strange tennis game, Japanese only called boku no tennis jinsei... I use gPSP Kai (which you can download from this wololo.net page, and I download my ROMs from this page. Don't forget you'll also need a GBA BIOS file (you can find one with a quick Internet search). It is, but it's not really the most accurate emulator so you may encounter graphical glitches and/or sound cracking, because the emulator is made to run on old computers and focuses on speed. I suggest you look for a alternative if you have a modern computer, you'll find others here, but No$GBA is fine if you really want or need it.
