Yeah it's good :D You can get the 2004 freeware version at cavestory.org, and cave story+ is on steam and switch (although the switch version has more features such as native widescreen and 2 extra soundtracks). Source: 11 months ago

I got the good ending, what do I do after the ending screen? Is there a way to exit it? If I exit and start a new game (didn't got best ending because...
