Casper Glow VS Helix Mattress

This has helped me with alarm clock anxiety. Look for a sunrise alarm or this light from casper. If I accidentally wake up early but don't see any light I know it's not time to wake up. If the light is starting to glow and can judge how close to my alarm going off is before looking at my phone. It also make it much easier to wake up when the alarm does go off. Hope that helps! I have a Helix mattress and I think they have a policy that you can return the mattress within a set number of days if it doesn't work for you. The best thing about it was that I could customise it to my sleeping preferences, including softness and my favoured sleep position (side). Water beds are such high maintenance! My bio-mom and my dad had one in the 80s and it was crazy to lay on, for one thing.
