I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network. If not, there's an option for that too. Thank you to everyone for your comments. I just want to share that I found a psychiatrist on zocdoc.com that specializes in ADHD and works through the company Talkiatry. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him.
