Go on careerbuilder.com and other recruiting sites and check job postings that interest you. Sites like Resumeworded and others have free resume scans so you can see how you measure up to the automated resume software many companies use. You copy and paste your resume one one side and a specific job posting on the other. The website will do at least some rough checks that can help, even if it ends with them trying... You didn't ask this in your interview? Anyway there's a few ways you can find out , you can call them back and ask what your wage is. You can go to fedex.com/careers and search the listings for your area or you can go the many sites like indeed and careerbuilder.com and scan the recent listings. Source: about 3 years ago
