I have been searching for about an hour and a half trying to find this old flash game that I would swear was on CartoonNetwork.com back in the day. I've found several other games, like the Captain Planet vs Robots game that was like Fire Emblem or XCOM. You can use Xmage or Cockatrice as dedicated online free platforms, or Untap for in-browser gameplay (Untap has no built in rules engine, so be careful that you're following the rules!).
