I personally consider Jenkins a Task Runner that has a massive collection of CI plugins. Anyone can do deployments/delivery from a task runner, but any deployments I had to do in Jenkins ended up needing custom code written to do the actual work. For PHP https://platform.sh has got a lot of traction, but it's notc cheap especially for small apps. You may create/purchase a server from DigitalOcean/Linode/Vultr depending on your disk space utilization and install a control panel such as Cloudstick.io runcloud.io or serverpilot.io - the way I recommended would not increase your bill anymore. Source: about 3 years ago
