Lots of parts to WebRTC ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/WebRTC_API ) but none that I know that can knock out something outside of your browser. I know you found what you're looking for but.. I would recommend doing a third party malware scan with someone like sucuri.net.
