Do you have a laptop with a USB 3.0 port? If you have that and a long USB 3.0 cable with the Micro-B connector on one end (which looks like this) then you can connect the D810 to your laptop and use a tethering app on the laptop to both see the camera's live view and to control it. The instance email address is tied to the instance name. Rename the instance and the email address also changes. You cannot change the email address otherwise.
