Two more solutions I found are the Smyle mouse (commercial) and Camera mouse (free from Boston college). Tried the Camera mouse with dwell clicking and it seems to work ok. It uses a point on your face that you choose for a webcam to track, so theoretically should not be susceptible to eye saccades. If you like downloading and streaming HD and 4K HDR movies/series this may be of interest to you. You can use a combination of Stremio (available on playstore and online at stremio.com) and real debrid to seamlessly stream 4K 10 bit HDR movies/series with no buffering at all.
