VidDayI purchased an animated Santa for my nieces and nephews that was a complete waste of money it was filthy talked about burning trash cans and how bad the world was. I purchased Carson Kressley from and he was great. I purchased two more one absolutely sucked I paid $84 for A blurry sweating man to leave a 10 second rude. I gave it one more chance and the poor woman didn’t have time to do it so what can you do they gave me a $57 credit holding me hostage to use their company again. I consider 75% of what I bought from them a complete waste. Please do not use this company.
This was the easiest collaborative video I’ve made to date. Normally I struggle (greatly) with whatever free software is out there but even the older generation had no issues getting their videos onto the platform. Their chat support went above and beyond answering about a million questions and the video turned out fantastic. Lots of options for music/theme/customization. My only suggestion at the time was to see a preview of the video.... and now they offer it!!!! Way to go VidDay!
I've used it a few time now and compared to the others I've tried it just works so much better for my invites to submit. The support staff looked after anyone that had questions and the turn around for the video was nearly instant!
