I use this handy tool https://callyourfriends.io/ to keep track and remind me of all my friends which I've made across various continents at various stages of my life. I don't record and switch live. All the editing is done in post. I record via SquadCast, which records all participants locally on their devices, then uploads it to a cloud I can download it from when done. Source: about 2 years ago
