The only other app I've ever considered in the same league as Fantastical was Calendars (from the same people who make Spark), but I didn't care for the UI. There are third party apps that can show Calendar and Reminders together. If you want one that is primarily a calendar but can also show your reminders, look at Fantastical or Calendars. For managing meetings, Dato is a better date app for macOS. It's great for having multiple time zones in the address bar. I have my local time as well as UTC. I made this companion to the built-in Calendar app for people who want to be able to quickly check their upcoming schedule without having to open the Calendar app. It also lets you quickly join video calls.
