  • Treat Bytecoin with caution
I lost my bytecoin on bytecoin.org years ago. there's not an actual person associated with that website so I couldn't even contact anyone for help with being hacked. I suspect anything associated with bytecoin is a scam. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Why Seraphis / Jamtis addresses will be so awfully long, and what we will get from those
Look at Bytecoin if you want to see Monero more or less in its original form, the form it would still have if there weren't such relentless improvements. With transaction amounts fully visible to all and a ringsize of 4, 4 times lower than Monero now. Source: over 1 year ago
  • ByteCoin: the dark side of crypto
To store BCN you need a wallet which is easiest to open on the official ByteCoin website. There is also a custom Bytecoin Wallet from Freewallet, with a nice set of intuitive features. Where to buy or sell BCN HitBTC is one of the largest crypto exchanges trading all anonymous cryptocurrencies based on CryptoNotes, Poloniex is a major BCN exchange, and Australia-focused Cryptonator Coinspot, Alcurex and Changelly. • Crypto addiction is a real thing and it should get more attention
I can vouch for this. My dad has been going through Bitcoin Gold and he basically looks at the price of BTG like… almost everyday when he comes back home from work. He either says “lets wait a couple days and see what happens” and when it dips. He buys more (~$200-500 USD), to a point where there was $3k USD in the crypto account. I was hesitant in purchasing more crypto in his account. Sometimes I even say “are... Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Hidden Gem: BTG
Hey guys! Check out BTG (Bitcoin Gold), it’s been pumping hard for the last few days. It’s a hard fork of Bitcoin that attempts to solve some problems and make it more decentralized again. Very little volume on Binance, and only available as a BTG/BTC pair. So I guess not a lot of people know about it. Check out their website: https://bitcoingold.org/. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Gimme some BTG exchanges!!
I've been looking to trade some of my mined BTG, but can't find a single exchange that will allow me. I previously used HitBTC but it won't allow US residents now, and every exchange I've checked on coinmarketcap.com or bitcoingold.org won't allow US residents either. IF anyone finds one I'd love to know. In the mean time, not more BTG mining for me... Source: over 3 years ago
