As a fellow anime collector, I'd seriously recommend not buying any anime from eBay and sticking to proxies - try Zenmarket or Buyee. Never buy anime discs from US or Japanese sellers on eBay. You can look at zalando.com or similar websites. If they have they right size, you are safe to move. In the Netherlands we have the law (Wet Koop op Afstand; WKOA) which states you can try most stuff at home and if you do not like it or it does not fit you can return it by mail within 14 days.
