As a fellow anime collector, I'd seriously recommend not buying any anime from eBay and sticking to proxies - try Zenmarket or Buyee. Never buy anime discs from US or Japanese sellers on eBay. The DC costco does sell gas. For legal reasons, it's a separate business so if you look on costco.com they don't show that there is a gas station there and when you actually go there the Costco name is not physically on the gas station building. Source: 6 months ago
