25 Outstanding Backup Utilities for Linux Systems in 2020
Burp is a free open source, efficient, feature-rich and secure backup and restores software. It is designed to work over a network in a client/server architecture (server mode works on Unix-based systems such as Linux, and clients run on Unix-based and Windows systems), and in that case aims to minimize network traffic for reliable results.

  • Backup for Nextcloud (Homeserver)
Hey, I use Nextcloud in docker and backup all things with burp to my backup pc on another location. I made a custom script that put the nextcloud in maintenance mode and create a sql dump before the files are synced. Afterwards I can restore my nextcloud on a other VM without problems :). • FOSS backup software
You could look at burp. It does support various trust models, where the client can be allowed or disallowed to do manual backups, deleted old ones and such. Retention periods for automatic removal of old backups are configured server side and enacted at the end of each backup. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Happy World Backup Day!
I use https://burp.grke.org/ for linux and Windows and its webgui https://git.ziirish.me/ziirish/burp-ui. Very pleased so far: simple to put in place, dedup. Really happy with this solution. If you want some details, just ask! Source: about 3 years ago

  • Feminine Health?
Secondly, your vulva and vagina is not suppose to smell like flowers or fruit. As long as the smell is not fishy or overwhelmingly unpleasant then it is fine. A fishy smell can be a sign of an infection. Itching or burning can also be a sign of infection. Discharge is totally normal! It’s only a sign of something bad if it smells, as I said above, is a strange colour like green, or has the consistency of cottage... Source: 11 months ago

  • Hoping to speak to people with vulvodynia
I'm a journalist and I'm writing an informational article on vulvodynia for Flo Health. Nothing fancy, just speaking to medical experts about causes, symptoms, treatments and research. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Looking for post-mirena removal advice
I recommend downloading an app where you can track symptoms (I personally love Flo, which is free). If you end up going to a doctor to discuss your experience, having that as a reference could be incredibly helpful! Source: almost 3 years ago
