I am looking for an image compression software which I can erase or edit all metadata and with which I can set a specific target compression image file size. Of course it should also be able to do advanced batch processings. Are you saying to want to use the native 32x32 RPG has, and that you're trying to use 48x48 art from somewhere else? Plugins don't even sound like a good solution for this easy problem anyway. Use this site, it's a bulk image resizer, you'll ofc lose some detail since you'll be downsizing but I hope you knew that already since you're using an incorrect ratio. Source: over 2 years ago

I'd first take one of your largest images and make some adjustments: resize it so that it's close to what you actually want displayed (no 6000 x 4000 images :) ) Then you'll want to compress it. I use Red Ketchup for all of my resizing/compression needs. Source: over 1 year ago
