When you use software for creating your recipe such as on brewersfriend.com you can select how much, how long, Alpha acid of the hops and when in the proces you add your hops (Boil, FIRST WORT, dryhop, etc). Source: over 1 year ago

It doesn't include the actual recipes in the dataset, but it does have a link to the recipe on brewersfriend.com. I think you can export the recipe to some kind of XML format on there, so if your savvy enough you could code something in python that goes through the recipe links, downloads the XMLs and then puts them inside a DB for analysis. The one I left on standby in my bookmarks was the Dollar Tea Club (Explorer bundle), which seemed to have the most variety for the cheapest price. Other boxes seemed to make up the ROI with bigger sample sizes. Source: over 1 year ago
