This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data. So far I found Chatwoot, CiviCRM, Corteza, ERPNext, EspoCRM, Dolibarr, Odoo, OroCRM, Mautic, SuiteCRM and X2CRM and there are probably even much more available. It seems that Odoo and ERPNext are huge but also very flexible (with many extensions available). Source: about 2 years ago
