Niche job boards are pretty good if you're already into that niche. But the problem with most of them is that the supply is either limited by who's willing to pay, or anyone can list and it gets very noisy. Use a scheduling app to find out when everyone will be free. We used Doodle for a while, but the creators kept changing/breaking it, so we've switched to xoyondo.com which is basically Doodle when Doodle was good. Source: over 1 year ago
