Niche job boards are pretty good if you're already into that niche. But the problem with most of them is that the supply is either limited by who's willing to pay, or anyone can list and it gets very noisy. Yes, when I look at https://indiepa.ge/ for example, it lists people with 21 startups, 15 startups, 10 startups... It gave me a wierd feeling. It seems so out of place and unrealistic.
