I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use. The easiest solution is to buy your own router, set it up, disable the router functionality on the Fritzbox 7590 and plug your router into it.
