I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use. If you ever do this again, have a couple layers of "D'oh!" proofing. Record locally if you can. If you can't then set up something like Open Streaming Platform.
