Hello there u/Starhorsepax you can sync your extensions and other Browsing data to another device trough our sync feature, however if you do not have a different device, you could try installing Beta or Nightly and then adding one of them to your sync chain to see if these get imported. I had ideas to build an app, and made few 2 years ago or so. Indeed these technologies are great to start with. I would suggest going with Kodular.io or thunkable.com instead of appinventor.
