The Better Made logo I downloaded from brandsoftheworld.com and was pretty big. I had to watch a bunch of tutorials on how to use Inkscape to edit and modify the files. I ended up having to break up the better made logo file into like 8 different parts so I could upload them all. Something as complex as a face would take me months to figure out how to do. Thanks for the HN treatment. As a followup piece, a Google response of this being "a bug". Followup story, my return rate for CC licensed images of "dog" went from 3 to 13. Last time I've checked, Creative Commons had their own search for things under their licenses.
