The video revolution that started in the mid-2000s has stalled-out, with the very platform that started it alienating viewers and creators alike. Utreon is the first credible challenge to the status quo, with a focus on innovative features, community engagement, reasonable policies, and privacy.
Utreon is still in the Beta phase as of June of 2021. So comparing it to Vimeo is like comparing a pedigree puppy to a full blown show dog. Utreon's strength is in its potential.
Based on our record, Brain.fm seems to be a lot more popular than Utreon. While we know about 65 links to Brain.fm, we've tracked only 6 mentions of Utreon. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Some music genres can help during study. For me, it was breakcore since it's basically the same drum roll on repeat for the whole song. Another choice is the app brain.fm. It costs money though. Source: 6 months ago
Quality noise-cancelling headphones and a lifetime subscription to brain.fm - it's like a magic switch that channels me straight into focus mode. Source: 6 months ago

Many people like to work with some music in the background. But have you ever found that music can be a source of distraction? I wrote an article on Medium on Utreon, a free-speech YouTube alternative that is currently in beta, but you can send a proper email to the people in charge to set up your channel on their platform. They can even sync your YouTube channel to the platform with your videos being copied over to their platform in case anything happens on YouTube. If you want to try it out, here is the url: https://utreon.com/. Source: about 2 years ago
I've seen some movement (e.g Forgotten Weapons) towards Utreon, which combines patreon-style subscription with video hosting. Source: over 2 years ago
Now that the dislike button has been removed, for anyone thinking now is a good time to leave YouTube, there’s a platform called Ultreon with a user interface very similar to YouTube’s, especially from 2014-2016ish, with almost none of the restrictions. No ad support at this time but they are working on acquiring that and only need more users on their website Https://utreon.com. Source: over 2 years ago
I think I found today what I am looking for. https://utreon.com/ looks to be a close contender to what I seek. - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
