For a couple more resources, here are some spacing details on what is "standard". There are typefaces that combine braille with letters easy for the sighted to read, but those are primarily for the sighted, as most printed braille is grade 2, containing contractions and ligatures for efficiency, and therefore not not one-to-one with written language.
