My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful. Low impact cardio can help you lose weight as effectively as high impact cardio. Set yourself a goal of walking at 7k steps a day until you reach the goal of 10k steps a day.
