A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.   The good thing is, you'll still have all of your media sorted and organized on whatever hardware was hosting Plex, so you'll just need to install new software to host it.
