My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful. Nice :). Yes, I added falling snow in post. Ground is snow material from poliigon.com. Rest is done with poly snow plugin. I tried tyflow and forest pack with blobmesh, but poly snow was easiest and fastest way to add snow. Source: over 2 years ago
