  • How to mask your name on a debit card/online purchase? Here are my study notes & possible sites that might be able to do this, i dont know.
Https://abine.com (not sure, now its called ironvest.com). Source: over 1 year ago
  • Someone has been online stalking me (29f ) using my dead grandparents names to make accounts .
That's super creepy. Would use a service to get your info off the internet for starters. I use abine.com. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Virtual Cards for Europe
I see *not allowed to write it* posted a lot here but they refuse to service non Americans and Revolut wants to give you a physical card which isn't what I'd be after, so what I wanna know is if anyone know of like abine.com for virtual cards but actually support European countries. • Looking for a forwarding service similar to AnonAddy/SimpleLogin, except for Phone Numbers
Blur may have the function you're looking for. You can find it at https://abine.com. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • I tried using Blur (AKA Abine.com) Virtual Credit Card but it has $400 limit. Anything better?
Blur (AKA Abine.com) only allows you to load up $400 on each card at a time... Privacy.com is pretty limited with their new account spending limits also.... Im looking for a better solution so that I can place bigger orders. Source: about 3 years ago

  • Building a digital music collection in 2023
Pretty sure Apple Music still let's you but actual music, and it used to be DRM free so you can download and do as you wish with it. They will relentlessly push the subscription service though. Personally, I buy from https://bleep.com/ , I've been using them for well over a decade, I find it excellent for indie and electronic stuff, and still buy random albums from their recommended section if I want to try... - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
  • finding new music
Check bleep and watmm for new releases or re-issues I might have missed, then look them up on spotify/bandcamp. Source: 11 months ago
  • Best place to find FLAC and other Hi res audio?
Ah, OK. I think you might as well use those suggested elsewhere in this thread. I sometimes go to Hyperion for classical downloads and Presto also have some high bitrate Jazz and rock available. Some independant physical media sellers also offer hi-res WAVs alongside mail order purchases. I used to buy a lot from bleep.com but I don't know what country you're in so all this advice may be useless. Source: about 1 year ago
  • MixTheMusic Alternative?
Bleep.com have a small selection but they dont make them easy to find. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How do you discover new titles ?
Have you tried external sources? Look into the labels the music you like is released on and see what else they have. Or else go up one level and follow a distributor. That helped when the algorithm got stuck in a recommendation valley for me. Will completely depend on your taste but a crowd like https://bleep.com/ who are very eclectic are great for discovery. Old fashioned things like reviewers help as well once... Source: over 1 year ago
