Dishonest affiliates commit trademark bidding and brand abuse in Paid Search while trying to hide their actions by using cloaking, day-parting and geo-targeting. To catch those affiliates red-handed, you would need to monitor brand abuse in search results 24\7 from different devices across multiple regions. It is almost impossible to do it manually and if you sift out such traffic by behavioral factors, there is a high risk of cutting off diligent and conscientious webmasters.
