Bloomerang SuiteCRMNOT recommended at all! We had a terrible experience with Bloomerang. In addition to awful customer services, the hidden charges to upgrade the packages made their services pathetic. Those charges were kept 'hidden' at the time of signing up. Seems like minimizing customer benefits and maximizing the company profit at any cost is their only agenda. Such wastage of money and time with these highly expensive and not-at-all-worth-it services.

Additionally you can try search SugarCrm 6CE guides, there are old, but in some cases can be handy. And ChatGPT know SuiteCrm codebase, so at simple tasks it can help. Source: about 1 year ago
Even though you don't want a CRM, I suggest looking at the opensource SuiteCRM and customise it to your needs via its Studio to hide items not required. I have used, including the old opensource SugarCRM. Source: about 1 year ago
