In addition to awful customer services, the hidden charges to upgrade the packages made their services pathetic. Those charges were kept 'hidden' at the time of signing up. Seems like minimizing customer benefits and maximizing the company profit at any cost is their only agenda. Such wastage of money and time with these highly expensive and not-at-all-worth-it services.

When I used QuickBooks, absolutely not. I'm not paying them an extra 3% when I can get a cheaper card-processing solution from someone else like https://paymentdepot.com/ Then I get to keep the extra amount instead of paying it to Intuit. Source: over 2 years ago
