I've designed a board around the One Minute To-Do List concept of Michael Linenberger with bins (i.e., columns) corresponding to Linenberger's three urgency "zones", or categories: Critical Now, Opportunity Now, and Over the Horizon, and, of course, a final bin labeled Done.
